As a privately funded specialist consultancy we are able to take a long-term view and adhere to our belief that recruitment is essentially a relationship business.

Our service values and commitment to the fundraising profession are fundamental to Richmond Associates; distinguishing us from other recruitment consultancies.  Each relationship with, and between, a client and a candidate needs time to develop and should not be undermined by a consultancy’s need for short term financial results.

For this reason, our approach rests upon open communication and the building of trust, allowing us access to and understanding of the real needs of our clients and candidates.
