
Jocelyn established Richmond Associates Australia when she returned to her native Australia in 2010. Since then she has worked with the Universities of Queensland and Melbourne to recruit critical positions for their growing teams. Jocelyn has a background in fundraising for the performing arts and is delighted to continue her links in the sector by working with the National Institute for the Dramatic Arts (NIDA), The Arts Centre (Melbourne), the Australian Youth Orchestra and Melbourne Recital Centre.
Before moving to London and joining Richmond Associates in 2008, Jocelyn worked in both corporate fundraising and individual giving for Opera Australia in Sydney, Australia. She was responsible for a large portfolio of corporate accounts which contributed a significant portion of the company’s income from corporate sponsorship. Prior to this Jocelyn managed the Friends of Opera Australia and the company’s volunteer program, as well as providing administrative and event management support for the corporate development department.
Jocelyn graduated from the NSW Conservatorium of Music, Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Music Studies, majoring in piano performance. Prior to this she also completed a Bachelor of Media at Macquarie University, Sydney and has worked in a number of legal secretarial and paralegal roles in Australia.
At Richmond Associates in London she gained valuable executive search and selection experience working with a wide range of clients including UCL, King's College London, London Business School, Westminster School, British Film Institute, Victoria & Albert Museum (V&A) and English National Opera (ENO).
