Lyndsay Lewis - Associate Consultant

Lyndsay has over 25 years’ experience of operating at a senior level within the HR arena. 

Working as an Associate Consultant for Richmond Associates, Lyndsay has work with a wide range of clients including University of Oxford, Welsh National Opera, King's College London, the University of Cambridge, UCL and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.

Lyndsay also works with boards and leadership teams to help them get the most from their people and build robust HR strategies, which meet the needs of the organisation.  Lyndsay headed up the HR function at BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the BBC, where she was a divisional director and her remit included responsibility for a team of 25 HR professionals.  She designed and implemented a management development programme for senior managers across the BBC and led change programmes to ensure that the BBC competes in the highly competitive market of digital media.  Lyndsay is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
