Lyndsay Lewis - Associate Consultant

Lyndsay has over 25 years’ experience of operating at a senior level within the HR arena.  She works with boards and leadership teams to help them get the most from their people and build robust HR strategies, which meet the needs of the organisation.  Lyndsay headed up the HR function at BBC Worldwide, the commercial arm of the BBC, where she was a divisional director and her remit included responsibility for a team of 25 HR professionals.  She designed and implemented a management development programme for senior managers across the BBC and led change programmes to ensure that the BBC can compete in the highly competitive market of digital media.  Lyndsay has the flexibility to work at both the strategic organisational level and with individuals. 

Lyndsay is an experienced executive coach with a keen interest in helping managers maximise their value to the organisation.  She has the experience and credibility to influence decision makers, and the relationship building skills to engage with individuals and build their trust.  Lyndsay is a chartered member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.

Working as an approved Freelance Consultant on behalf of Richmond Associates, Lyndsay has worked with clients including the University of Oxford, the European Council on Foreign Relations and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew.
