When will we find a cure for cancer?  What is the way to a more peaceful Africa?  Do we understand the causes of dementia?  Are you interested in being part of a dynamic, fast-paced team that is working to solve the world questions that need a global understanding and perspective?  King's College London is doing all of this and more.

Based in the heart of London, King’s College London is one of the top 25 universities in the world (Times Higher Education 2009) and the fourth oldest in England. A research-led university, King's has more than 21,000 students from nearly 140 countries, and more than 5,700 employees.  An established member of the Russell Group of universities, the College’s international distinction is further demonstrated with 24 subject areas attaining the highest RAE rating of 5* and 5 for research quality.

Apply to join the Development & Alumni Office with its impressive, well established track record of success.  One of the few UK universities to have successfully closed a multi-million fundraising campaign, they have set an ambitious target to raise £500 million by 2016, with the public launch taking place in 2010.  The Campaign is currently in the silent phase, due to launch publicly in the autumn of 2010.  The Case for Support encompasses many areas of the University’s research strengths including: age-related disease, international terrorism and conflict, migration, and cancer.  These projects are spread across the nine schools and five campuses that comprise King’s College London.

In preparation for the Campaign launch, the Development & Alumni Office is expanding and Richmond Associates is looking for talented professionals to join the team in raising funds for their ground breaking projects in the fields of physical and medical sciences, arts, humanities and law.

All King’s College London’s fundraisers get the opportunity to work closely with the senior fundraising team, academic staff, major donors and influential alumni.  The College offers generous leave, pension and ongoing development and training – all in a unique environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
