At Richmond Associates we do not make changes to candidate CVs. Any information sent to a client is first agreed with the candidate, and then converted into a read-only format to ensure authenticity of data. In the interests of protecting candidate confidentiality, we ask our clients to delete soft copies and destroy hard copies of our candidate documents once the recruitment process is complete.
All client documents are treated as Commerical in Confidence unless we receive consent to release any information.
