“Richmond Associates impressed me not only by their professionalism and efficiency, but also by the friendly, interested and comfortable way the whole process was carried out. I felt supported all the way.”
Unsuccessful candidate: Development Officer (Individuals) – School of Oriental and African Studies
Over the past decade the team at Richmond Associates has grown and developed and we have been fortunate to have employed some very talented and capable people with a rare blend of fundraising experience and executive search skills. This year we are welcoming new faces, seeing people progress within the team and also saying goodbye to one of our longest serving team members.
We are pleased to announce that Cahill Zoeller has recently joined us as a Consultant. Cahill comes to Richmond Associates from Community Counselling Service (CCS Fundraising) in the US, where she was a fundraising consultant to a number of organisations across the non-profit sector, helping clients develop and implement feasibility studies and campaign management. As a Consultant, Cahill will be responsible for assignment delivery and building relationships with candidates and clients. Click here to read Cahill’s full profile.
Andrea Abbate, who has been with us as a Consultant for over two years, has recently been promoted into the role of Principal Consultant. In her new role Andrea will lead on assignment delivery, be responsible for new business development and candidate relationship marketing as well as managing the Consulting team. Andrea joined the firm in 2007 from the Metropolitan Opera in New York and has become a highly valued member of the team. Click here to read Andrea’s full profile
Finally, after four years at Richmond Associates, Marta Lejkowski, Principal Consultant, will be leaving the company in November. Her husband has landed an excellent job in Tokyo and Marta is going set up as an independent fundraising consultant when she gets settled in Japan. Marta has been a key member of the team here and things definitely won't be the same without her.
We hope you will join us in welcoming Cahill, congratulating Andrea and wishing Marta all the best for the future!
